No. We don’t have the ability to control the lead handling or case acceptance after the lead is handed off. We will however replace all invalid leads that meet our replacement guarantee (contact your account manager for details).
You have two options – buy leads with replacements, or without replacements. Replacement eligible leads comes with a replacement guarantee, meaning that we replace the following leads for free (up to a percentage of your order):

Additional qualifiers for your practice can be arranged with sufficient order size.
With our lead qualification process, this rarely happens. For example, if we ask “What type of accident were you in?” and the lead chooses “Vehicle Accident”, then we ask them whether they were rear-ended, t-boned, etc. However, if the person who filled out the lead form does not provide a valid phone number (we check it with software and PIN verification), or they were not injured, it can be replaced under our replacement policy.

In some states and for a large enough order, yes we can. Calls can be transferred 9am-5pm local time. However, we will verify that you have dedicated staff to answer the phones on demand prior to accepting a live call transfer engagement. Our team of trained intake auditors will do test calls with your operators to ensure the process meets best practices for inbound calls.
